Cajun Gumbo

La Boucherie’s gumbos are made with a dark roux (Lafayette style – not too thick).  Our seafood gumbo includes generous amounts of crawfish, shrimp, and crab meat.  We use hens for our chicken gumbo so the meat holds up during the stewing process and adds a rich flavor!  Our fried turkey gumbo is a delightful twist on the classic Cajun gumbo.
