Deboned chickens with Grandma's stuffings helped to create La Boucherie. Young tender chickens are deboned by hand then are filled with one of our five homemade stuffings. The chicken is carefully stitched back together with butcher twine, then is seasoned to perfection. Easy to bake and cuts like a cake, it makes for an incredible presentation.
