Crawfish or Shrimp Pies

All of La Boucherie’s Crawfish Pies and Shrimp Pies are made with Mom’s pecan pie dough recipe.  We hand roll the dough into a delicious, flaky, buttery crust, then fill it with a creamy style etoufee.  Try one of these if you are looking for a simple meal that takes less than an hour to prepare!
