Stuffed Deboned Cornish Hens

This adaptation of the Deboned Stuffed Chicken uses young tender Cornish Hens instead. With the exception of the wings the bird is completely deboned by hand but left intact. The deboned Cornish Hen is then seasoned and stuffed with one of La Boucherie’s homemade dressings. Having the entree and the main side dish all in one make it very convenient. Easy to cook and cuts like a cake.
